The room was romantic and top-notch included a mini bar, satellite TV, and climate control. Its location was stunning and amazing, in the "rain " forest.

Great choice for trip. Simply stunning and luxurious hotel in a recreational area short walk to such a classy establishment, and waterfalls. Well-appointed and new-fashioned units with views of the volcano and extremely friendly staff. Amazing location, just a walk down to everywhere. Located away from the main road.

Loved this luxurious hotel because of marvellous position along with amicable staff. I ate at a small restaurant which are serving ok food. My food was outstanding and amazing.

My stay was relaxing here. I was offered a room with magnificent views of the jungle and volcano. The hotel had a stunning location to say the rooms were spacious would be like saying Mt Everest is a mountain. There was a gourmet restaurant nearby.

King room was the best. It was impressive and easy to move around, own bathroom. Stunning location not far from Costa Rica-The Springs Resort and two activities amongst horseback riding, tubing, kayaking, and a rain forest, a zoo and eateries were next to the hotel. Also, Go Adventure Park was 3 miles away.

Hotel as a whole is incredibly beautiful and comfortable, I greatly enjoyed it.

Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Reasonably good breakfast and variety of goodies. Absolutely fabulous rooms with feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows and gorgeous views. Stunning location, next to a sanctuary and a castle etc. 16 miles away from Aeropuerto de La Fortuna airport.

I got the grand guest room, it was impressive and quiet. There were coffee/tea making equipment and glassware in the room too.

We got a room with a Jacuzzi. The location was stunning for trip in La Fortuna. This hotel was in a beautiful area.

They served mediocre breakfast, it can be way much better.

We loved the stunning views of the volcano from every location in the resort. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. The surprise touches like candles, bubbly, and rose petals made our stay even more special. The hot springs and the chlorinated pool were fantastic, and we always found an empty spot. The restaurants served delicious local food, and we especially enjoyed our engagement steak. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection and was a perfect way to start the day. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke good English. The activities offered by the hotel, like the sanctuary visit and night-time frog walk, were enjoyable. The grounds were well-kept, and there were plenty of things to do onsite and nearby.

Courteous staff, fairly clean hotel, luxury and impressive room. Amazing building and rooms with perfect decoration. Amazing breakfast options with pancakes and also a perfect view of the volcano. A fantastic way to end my trip.
